Cuurt™ Shoes 1-Year Sole Warranty
If the outsole on your Shoes wears through or becomes visibly degraded within 12 months of the purchase date, we will provide a one-time replacement.
Qualifying Conditions:

Your Cuurt™ Muuv Pickleball or Tennis (this model only) shoes must have a visible hole in the outsole, exposing the inner material. This wear must result solely from normal pickleball play.

The warranty covers outsole wear only and does not extend to the upper, midsole, or any other part of the shoe. Shoes that have been mishandled, intentionally damaged, or misused are not eligible.

Claims must be submitted within 12 months of the purchase date. Only one replacement is allowed per pair purchased.

Photos showing the damaged outsole, highlighting the wear hole.

A picture of the tag on the back of the tongue.

Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement order.

Warranty replacements are subject to inventory availability and are limited to the same model and size, or a comparable option if the original is unavailable. No alternative styles will be provided.

Cuurt reserves the right to request the return of the worn shoes for further inspection.

- Only 1 warranty can be purchased for the same pair of shoes. 2 or more warranties purchased for the same pair of shoes will be refunded.
