Cuurt™ Shoes 1-Year Sole Warranty

If the outsole on your Shoes wears through or becomes visibly degraded within 12 months of the purchase date, we will provide a one-time replacement.

Qualifying Conditions:

• Your Cuurt™ Muuv Pickleball or Tennis (this model only) shoes must have a visible hole in the outsole, exposing the inner material. This wear must result solely from normal pickleball play.

• The warranty covers outsole wear only and does not extend to the upper, midsole, or any other part of the shoe. Shoes that have been mishandled, intentionally damaged, or misused are not eligible.

• Claims must be submitted within 12 months of the purchase date. Only one replacement is allowed per pair purchased.

How to File a Claim:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your name and purchase details.

2. Required Documentation:

• Photos showing the damaged outsole, highlighting the wear hole.

• A picture of the tag on the back of the tongue.

• Proof of purchase showing the purchase date and retailer.

3. Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement order.

Additional Details:

• Warranty replacements are subject to inventory availability and are limited to the same model and size, or a comparable option if the original is unavailable. No alternative styles will be provided.

• Cuurt reserves the right to request the return of the worn shoes for further inspection.

• No fees required for product expenses and handling.

• 14.99$ fee is charged for international shipping.

• This warranty is valid only for 1 pair, meaning 1 replacement per warranty.

• Only 1 warranty can be purchased for the same pair of shoes. 2 or more warranties purchased for the same pair of shoes will be refunded.
