FAQ
I have plantar fasciitis. Will these help?
Muuv shoes aren't a medical device, but plenty of players dealing with plantar fasciitis notice real relief. The wide toe box takes pressure off the foot, the zero-drop platform lets it move naturally, and the Terra-Ground cushioning absorbs court impact. As always, check with your doctor for anything medical.
Will I need time to adjust to zero drop shoes?
Most people feel comfortable within their first one or two sessions. Just play your normal schedule — your feet are built to move this way. Coming from heavily elevated shoes, your calves might work a bit harder at first, which just means your feet are getting stronger, not struggling.
What about arch support? These don't look like they have much.
That's intentional. Your foot has 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments that build its own arch support — when it's actually allowed to work. Rigid arch support just creates dependency. Muuv is built to strengthen your foot's natural structure while still protecting it from court impact.
What's your return policy?
You get a 30-day trial. Play in them, train in them, compete in them. If they're not the right fit, send them back for a full refund — return shipping is on us. Once you feel the difference, we're confident you won't want to go back.
